Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your 39BC experience. You can cancel your order at anytime before our November 1st 2025 shipping date by sending us an email store@39-bc.com and we can issue you a full refund. 

Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note we can only accept returns on products if they remain unopened and unused.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return, please email store@39-bc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please request a return and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email store@39-bc.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item.
