Returns

Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note we can only accept returns on products if they remain unopened and unused.

Shower Oils must be returned with the box seal intact — if the seal is broken, we won't be able to accept the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return, please email customerservice@39-bc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please request a return and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email customerservice@39-bc.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item.
